One reason I wanted to mention this is because so many

Do you have any suggestions on how to correct this, keeping in mind that I play hockey once a week year-round and work as a heavy truck mechanic? I just can’t seem to focus and start a workout regimen.

exercise is short but the tension on the abs is excellent.

Apparently Madonna uses it to strengthen and build her muscles, and there was also a positive article about this in the Daily Telegraph. These machines cost at least £2,600! They say it can do in 10 minutes what you would get from an hour of weight training. It was developed years ago from technology used by the Russian astronauts to stop muscle wastage when they were in space. Have you heard of this and do you think it could do what it claims to do? Not that I can afford to buy one, but I might try a class if there is ever one this offered this way
